He is Pt. Ramnihor Dubey one of the piller of Dubey family and was actively involved in Indian army during second world war. He is born in a Brahmin Family located in Varanasi - The city of Ghat and Temples at a place called Sevapuri in Bhishampur Village. His father's name was Lt. Shri Mathura Dubey and he is the youngest child and sibling among Lt. Shri Ram Datt Dubey & Lt. Shri Ramkishor Dubey. He has completed his 95th birth anniversary and with the grace of god he is active in his routine and daily work.
Bhishmapur is a very famous village with a large population comprised of mixed caste which representing the mega diversity sculpture of India. Sevapuri is also famous for its heritage and Gandhian Philosophy. The world famous Gandhi Ashram is located in this area with traditional manufacturing of Khadi Fabrics.
